SHIPPING & RETURNS



Returns Policy

At The Root Collective, our products are hand crafted by various artisans, not machine manufactured. This will create uniqueness with each and every product, making it individual and just for you!  

We do provide one free return. You must include the original invoice in order for your return to be processed. If you do not, we will be unable to refund your purchase. Shoes must be unworn.

Shoes must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. If there is a preorder item in your order, you will have 30 days from shipment date. 

Please allow for at least 5 days shipping time with your return and 7 business days to process your return. Credit will be issued to the same method used in original transaction. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are free of charge on all orders over $75. Please contact us at customerservice@therootcollective.com for a shipping label.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at customerservice@therootcollective.com and we will assist you. One time exchanges on shoes due to fit will be exchanged free of charge on all orders over $75 in the US. You have 30 days from purchase date to process and exchange. If there is a preorder item in your order, you will have 30 days from shipment date. For international orders, please contact us. Shoes must be unworn.
